In the case of Marcuspovoa, your action was wrong, unfortunately. This user is part of a cultural partnership our affiliate is involved in. I actually do not know why this user has edited on this wiki, but we sure can deal with this locally without global action. Can you please undo the global block? @Joalpe: I'm so sorry for the misunderstanding. I am not a steward, so I cannot actual unlock the account myself, but I will request that stewards unlock it. Also, you should know that the user also created Wikimedia Discussão:Ágora, which I deleted and has not been restored, in case you want to restore that too. @Joalpe: Actually, the creation of Wikimedia Discussão:Ágora had already been taken care of, as I had replaced it with with a redirect to the actual Wikimedia:Ágora, so people wouldn't accidentally create the discussion page again.
