The Movement Strategy 2030 will likewise impact the global governance of the Wikimedia Movement, since ensuring equity in decision-making is one of the priority recommendations. In other words, we expect a redistribution of powers and redefinition of roles and responsibilities in the Movement. The changes will also affect the organization of members and communities. Discussions about the formation of Thematic and/or regional Hubs for collaboration among affiliates and resource sharing are prominent in the implementation phase of the 2030 Movement Strategy; involving the Lusophone community. There are also efforts to implement the other recommendations in the Lusophony, according to the local contexts of the communities.
