For WMB's professional team, João Alexandre Peschanski acted as coordinator; Érica Azzellini, in operational management; and Fabiana Dias, assisted with the strategic process. The coordination guided and supervised the process. Operational management was responsible for organizing the process, collecting and analyzing data, consulting and engaging different stakeholders in the process, preparing proposals, and documenting the process. During the process, the assistance was responsible for reporting meetings and conducting and transcribing interviews and focus groups.
