The event was created as part of the Program "Onda Digital",[1] which intends to expand the understanding of internet and open knowledge in Bahia. A partnership between Onda Digital and Wikimedia volunteers has been suggested in order to make this training permanent on this course. On this training, the Five Pillars of Wikipedia are raised and many other basic rules of Wikipedia that are derived or related with them are taught.
